Sol de Maracuyá
Sweet, juicy, like sunshine in a glass.
You’ll need:
- 2oz of espadín
- 1.25oz of passion fruit syrup (agave puree + passion fruit)
- .5oz lemon juice
Make it:
Shake mezcal, passion fruit syrup, and lemon juice over ice. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a passion fruit wheel.
Pair it with:
Fresh ceviche, grilled shrimp, or anything with a little heat. Create your own at-home tropical getaway!
Mocktail twist:
Swap the mezcal for sparkling water. All the sunshine, none of the smoke.
